Participants will be supported to:
- Understand the evidence related to adaptive teaching from a range of sources including the EEF eg. EEF: Moving from differentiation to adaptive teaching (Oct 2022).
- Understand the importance of diagnostic assessment in informing adaptive teaching.
- Develop a range of adaptive teaching strategies for pupils in different phases and across a range of subjects.
- Apply learning from the programme through a series of gaps tasks designed to enable participants to practise specific strategies.
- Reflect on their current practice and identify the next steps within their own context.
Duration: 3 days (please note that participants will be required to attend all 3 sessions).
