This inspirational day marks the official launch of our Science Learning Partnership for South and East Yorkshire, which forms part of the portfolio of professional development activity at The Education Exchange. The morning session explores the importance of rich scientific knowledge, whilst the afternoon focuses on how industry can enrich science education, both sessions launched by our keynote speakers. Participants can hear about the support on offer to help transform your science curriculum and pedagogy, including enjoying a choice of CPD taster sessions.

Science teachers and science leaders in all phases and contexts, from Early Years to Post-16.
Keynote speakers:
Jim Al-Khalili is a prominent author and broadcaster, in addition to his role as Distinguished Chair in Physics at the University of Surrey. He has written 14 books on popular science and the history of science, between them translated into twenty-six languages.
Sean Culley is a world-leading futurist, author and globally recognised business transformation expert.
Various other science experts, subject leaders and facilitators from STEM and the Science Learning Partnership for South and East Yorkshire are collaborating to facilitate an inspirational day celebrating science.
