Join us for the exciting launch of your Early Career Framework programme.
This is an opportunity to engage with other new mentors from the region to explore the UCL programme and how it will support you in the next stage of your professional development.
You will gain valuable insights into the structure of the programme and have opportunities to discuss these with a range of expert colleagues from the Exchange Teaching Hub and its partners.
The conference will include your first facilitated session, where you will explore the role of a mentor, and in particular the principles of ONSIDE mentoring.
